Product 21: Benjamin Moore Natura Interior Waterborne Paint

Renowned for their rich colors since 1883, Benjamin Moore has once again increased the standard of quality in paints and finishes. Their Natura line has 0 VOC's; compounds that damage the atmosphere and are responsible for that distinctive "fresh paint" odor. This paint is 100% acrylic, odorless, durable, mildew- and spatter-resistant. Natura also dries extremely fast (in 30 minutes it's dry to the touch, in an hour it can be recoated), an ideal quality for the weekend renovator. It carries Benjamin Moore's "Green Promise" designation, just one more badge of honor the company bears. One downside: it can be about 15% higher-priced than normal paints, but it's easier to rinse off of brushes and supplies, and requires less man-power. Cost is about $18.99 a quart, or $49.99 a gallon. For more info and paint-filled wonder, see benjaminmoore.com .
